🌸 the story behind the evening
Earlier this year, I wrote a short story.
Goddesses in the Wild.
When I was asked, what would you do with this piece? I already had this in mind. I had all of you in mind already. You see my ADHD brain won't allow me to do things unless it matters. The piece was written not only as an education piece, but as a healing and integration piece for all of the sacred feminine wisdom that I have gathered over the last decade of intentional space curation and putting myself inside the room to learn from teachers who had grounded lineage in myth and matriarchal, feminine wisdom.
This story is a culmination of everything I have learned through that intentional experience.
I feel deeply grateful that my apprenticeship of femininity has come full circle into authorship.
I invite you to come celebrate with me.
An evening of myth, storytelling and gentle learning about the full phases of the feminine cycle that women face every single month — and that we still cycle through long past the point of menopause.
This is a conversation that has been women's birthright — and has been quietly removed from our world.
THIS EVENT IS AN ACT OF RECLAMATION.
It is meant to offer healing, integration, and a sense of wholeness.
Come join me in an intentional gathering of women.
We will start with a meditation, then dive into the short story reading, and have a gentle discussion about the four phases of the feminine cycle. The teaching will be infused into the discussion.
"A beautiful and original exploration of the menstrual cycle, personifying each phase in a way that feels both intimate and widely relatable."
— Stacia Yearwood, Foundations Short Story Workshop💃 For anyone who has a body that moves in cycles — and anyone who loves someone who does. This is an event for women, but I invite you to show up if you love a woman and want to know how to love her more fully and truly.
🌿 For anyone who has felt the shame of the body, the silencing of the natural, the ache of something unnamed.
✨ For anyone who was never given language for what they felt, month after month, season after season.
🌙 For women who have been told they are unpredictable and compared to the moon — and hated it. Today we dive into why, biologically and hormonally.
✦ For women who want to learn about the divine feminine and how to embody the four phases in order to have greater success, health, happiness, and alignment.
🌸 For bleeding women and non-bleeding women.
🔥 For women who feel angry, sad, disappointed, or disconnected from their menstrual cycle and by extension their bodies.
💧 For women who want to understand what femininity is beyond capitalistic ideals.
🖤 For women who need something deeper to hold onto — like the soul and spiritual nourishment that myth can provide.
This is the room your body has been waiting for.
The community guidelines are simple: be you, be vulnerable, be open.
This is a sacred space.
Open minds welcome. Open hearts required.

🎵 THE MOOD
🎵 Dear Goddess by Activation — press play ▶Ananda Whittier is a Life Coach, SRT Advanced Certified Practitioner, and Astrology Teacher based in Trinidad. She's also a writer and, with this piece, Author and a feminine cycle educator.
"I have been told that I have an amazing and intuitive ability to take complex and deep, psychological topics and not only make them understandable and accessible, but they never lose their depth, substance or connection to their roots and something divine, special and otherworldly."
She has been working with women's wellbeing, inner world mapping, and embodiment for over seven years — and she believes that when women understand their own cycles, they stop fighting themselves and start flowing with who they actually are.
This is by no means my information, but I feel a responsibility to share it because I have been given the knowledge — and to me, stewardship of it means sharing it. It's useless if it could only help me. Women are free when they know this information. When women know this, it changes the whole architecture of their life. They are more accepted. They are more loved. Something inside exhales immediately upon contact.
This information is not mine. It has been passed on to me from incredible Earth lineage teachers, my own experience, apprenticing this mythos and an ancient way of living in my modern day life.
We are disconnected from remembering a time of power. Wholeness. Darkness. We are so in a time of over-emphasizing the Light, which is masculine, and it makes the feminine space basically a dark echo chamber of patriarchal nonsense.
WE ARE CHANGING
that today.
We are disrupting the normal. We are gathering. We are putting women together and telling stories — literally — that will help us unite and bond and reconnect to something old and ancient, and bring balance to modern femininity, which is in deep need of decolonization.
